This page walks you through every feature of our Design Customizing Tool so you can create high‑quality embroidered designs with confidence.

Important Notice – Read Before Starting

CRITICAL: Click Apply Changes only when you are completely finished with your design.

Complete all customizations first.
Choose final colors, text, and positioning.
Review everything carefully.
Click Apply Changes to proceed to payment.

Tool Overview

Key interface components:

Product Selection Panel – Choose your base garment.
Library – Browse pre‑made designs.
Text Editor – Add and style text.
Image Upload – Import graphics for digitizing.
Design Canvas – Visual workspace for your layout.
Toolbar – Save, share, print, and get help.

Step‑by‑Step Guide

Step 1: Select Your Product

Open the Products tab in the sidebar.
Browse garments and click your choice.
The garment loads onto the canvas.
Use view buttons (Front, Back, Left, Right) for different views.

Step 2: Choose a Design From Library

Select the Library tab from sidebar.
Use the search bar for searching with name if needed.
Click a design to add it to the canvas.
Drag to position and resize as needed.

Note: In Library, only those designs are shown which you have purchased from our main store.

Step 3: Design Positioning and Sizing

Select a predefined position (Center, Left Chest, Right Chest, etc.).
Choose a size (X‑Small, Small, Medium, Large).
Drag elements on the canvas for precise placement.

Step 4: Add Text Elements

Go to the Text tab.
Enter your text.
Customize font, size, color, position, and rotation.

Step 6: Color Selection

Click on “Edit Selected Design” in toolbar.
Change thread colors from the palette list.
Preview will be shown only when you make a purchase.

Step 7: Preview and Review

Use zoom for detail checks.
Switch garment views to inspect all angles.
Review the price display.
Make final adjustments.

Step 8: Finalize Your Design

Double‑check text, images, colors, and placement.
Verify garment type and size.
When satisfied, click Apply Changes to proceed to payment.
The new design will automatically be placed on the canvas after successful payment.
Click on “Download Files” in toolbar to download the machine file of your new design and download production PDF file.

Image Upload Guidelines

Use high‑resolution images.
Prefer PNG with transparent background.
Limit to six to eight colors.
Ensure clarity when enlarged.

Text Design Tips

Select embroider‑friendly fonts.
Maintain at least 6 mm text height.
Keep good color contrast.
Provide adequate letter spacing.

Design Placement Guidelines

Center Chest: Standard placement.
Left or Right Chest: Ideal for logos up to 4 inches.
Back: Suitable for large designs.
Sleeves: Use simple, small graphics.

Troubleshooting

Design Won’t Load

Check your internet connection.
Refresh the page.
Clear browser cache.

Image Upload Failed

Verify file format and size (max 10 MB).
Ensure the file is not corrupted.

Colors Look Different

Monitor calibration affects color display.
Thread colors may differ slightly from on‑screen view.

Cannot Save Progress

Confirm you are logged in.
Check your connection.
Log out and back in if needed.
